What You’ll Do:

• Service and repair German vehicles with minimal supervision. 

• Learn and develop the necessary skills to properly diagnose and quote vehicle repairs.

• Deliver high-quality work that meets our standards, minimizing rework and maximizing customer satisfaction.

• Communicate clearly with team members and clients, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.

• Help maintain a positive, organized, and clean shop environment.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience at a reputable repair shop (German auto preferred)

• A positive, team-oriented attitude-no egos, just collaboration.

• Dependability and reliability are essential.

• Dealership experience preferred.

• Must have your own tools and toolbox.

• Excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset.
