German Automotive Solutions (G.A.S.) is a boutique auto repair shop specializing in the meticulous care of German & European vehicles including BMW, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, VW, Mini Cooper, Land Rover, and Volvo. Conveniently located in Methuen, just minutes off I-93, our shop is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and equipment, including three lifts (with a fourth on the way), advanced diagnostic tools, and newly upgraded infrastructure. We’ve focused on creating a top-tier environment both for our team and our clients.

Hours are 8am-530pm and each additional hour over 40 is time and a half. Monday Through Fridays and no weekends. $2500 Sign-On Bonus at 1-year anniversary. Pay: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair German vehicles with minimal supervision.

• Ensure consistent, high-quality work that meets our standards, avoiding potential rework.

• Communicate effectively with team members and customers, maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor.

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on German Autos including BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, VW, Volvo, or Range Rover/Land Rover

• A positive, team-oriented attitude—no egos, only strong collaboration and honesty.

• Dependability and reliability are essential qualities for success in our team.

• Dealership experience preferred

• Own tools and toolbox required

• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to complete repairs accurately the first time.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.​

Pay: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour

About the Owner:

G.A.S. was founded by Alex Costa in 2020, starting in a small two-bay shop in Andover, MA. As demand grew, Alex expanded to a larger, fully renovated facility in Methuen in 2022, featuring a spacious office, waiting room, kitchen, and an open work area with three bays. With 6 years of experience as a BMW certified technician combined with years of servicing high-end brands like Ferrari and Lamborghini, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business.
